Management of the Organization

The Club is managed by its Executive Board of Directors. The Executive Board of Directors and consists of a minimum of five (5) voting directors. These directors are the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Registrar. The BOD holds the authority and responsibility to operate the Club as the elected representatives of the membership in accordance with the established policies, rules and regulations.

The Board consists of all the Club Directors plus no more than three (3) Delegates-at-Large. Delegates-at Large have full voting rights and are responsible for tasks as deemed appropriate by the Directors of the Club. Each fiscal year the Directors of the RCRSA shall determine the exact number of delegates-at-large prior to the Annual Meeting.
